Sherborne Food Bank is delighted to have been chosen as a ‘Heart of the Community Winter Warmer Winner’, which comes with a donation of £1000 towards our emergency food delivery service. We were nominated by our long-standing independent supermarket supporter Dike & Son of Stalbridge.
Demand for our service has increased by 47% while food donations have dropped by nearly 50% this year, and the cost of buying food has soared. This award from NISA will make a real difference to struggling local families in Sherborne and surrounding villages this Christmas.
