It was a great pleasure for our Chair, David Kemp, to meet with Elizabeth Turnbull, and the organisers of Leigh Village Flower Show, in October to receive a cheque for £290. David thanked those present for their generosity and the Food Bank plans to use these funds to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables to supplement donations we receive through our supermarket collection points.
