 Do you need help?: We are a small, voluntary-run organisation, therefore our phone hotline is not manned 24 hours a day. We will respond to phone calls as soon as possible, so always leave a message with your contact details. Generally requests for help must be received though your supporting referrer no later than Thursday mid-day for delivery on Friday. The sooner in the week we know about your circumstances, the better.
