For the second year running, Sherborne Food Bank is humbled to have been recognised with a COMMUNITY SUPPORT award from the Sherborne Business Awards.
Food Bank Treasurer, Cathie Graham, collected the award on behalf of all our volunteers at a presentation that took place at The Digby Hall on Thursday 5th December 2024. It was presented by the Mayor of Sherborne, Cllr Robin Legg, alongside sponsor The Friends of the Yeatman Hospital, represented by Sir Christopher Coville.
What made this award particularly poignant is that the Food Bank was nominated by recipients, excerpts from which entries were movingly read out at the event.
